When you choose to book your vacation with me it becomes my primary goal to provide you with a stress-free planning experience and a seamless vacation from start to finish! Below is a summary of the steps I take to accomplish this:
Consult - When you first contact me, I will learn about the kind of trip you desire and then I will ask you to complete my Travel Planning Questionnaire which gathers all of the important details needed to curate your detailed proposal. Once this information is received, I will explain the benefits of booking your trip with me and request the Travel Research / Planning Fee.
Proposal - Expect an itinerary proposal with all of the details of your trip, including pricing, accommodations, transportation, and touring. After you've reviewed, I will answer questions and discuss options.
Fine Tune & Confirm - I revise the proposal until it is perfect for you. I then proceed with deposits, confirmations, and offer travel insurance.
Final Travel Documents - Approximately two weeks prior to departure I will provide your final travel documents in printed or electronic form.
Support - From the moment I start crafting your vacation until you have returned with a plethora of exciting memories, I am here to support you with any questions, special requests, or unexpected revisions. Once your adventure begins you will also be equipped with during-travel contact information.
Review - Upon your return I look forward to hearing feedback about your trip. This allows me to better understand you as a traveler, so future travel plans are even more personalized.
